Cortical-Cancellous Bone Graft for Socket Preservation and Implant Sites
Bioviva Mineralized Cortical-Cancellous Bone Allograft combines two particle types that do different jobs. The cortical fraction resists resorption and holds space; the cancellous fraction is porous and vascularizes quickly. Together they give you graft volume that survives long enough for the patient's own bone to remodel through it.
Particle size is 250–1000 microns — the range that packs into a socket without washing out under irrigation. Four volumes are offered, from 0.25cc for a single-rooted socket up to 2.0cc for sinus and ridge work.

Why Choose Bioviva Allograft
Mineralized cortical-cancellous allograft is a well-established category, and the premium brands in it — Puros, MinerOss, OraGRAFT, DynaBlast, Maxxeus — are all processed to comparable AATB standards. Bioviva is produced under the same accreditation framework at a materially lower cost per cc.
For a practice placing implants regularly, graft material is a recurring line item, and the difference compounds across a year of socket preservation cases.
What's Included
- One (1) sterile vial of Bioviva mineralized cortical-cancellous bone allograft in the volume selected
- Lot documentation and tissue tracking information
Warranty and Support
Supplied sterile and single-use. Human tissue allografts are regulated by the FDA as HCT/Ps under 21 CFR Part 1271 and are not returnable once the sterile package is opened. DentalMarketplace coordinates fulfillment, documentation, and support.
